Crafted from late-harvest Viognier grapes, Amaajiu boasts a naturally richer flavour than traditional Viognier table wines. The grapes are fermented with their skins and seeds using natural grape yeast for a year, extracting the essence of the grapes and producing a unique, distinctive wine.
